Could Tudor be releasing a new Black Bay 58 with a blue dial and bezel? As we learned a week ago in our article "Breaking News: A Huge Announcement from Tudor", we heard from our very trusted sources that Tudor is planning to release its new models for 2020 in July! With news like this we love to speculate what new models and variations Tudor could be releasing. We have heard that they could be releasing a Blue Black Bay 58, and this is definitely something to get excited about! We think that this model would have a steel case, blue bezel, blue dial with white markers and hands. Expanded options for the Black Bay 58 have been highly anticipated ever since its release and we think it just makes sense.

Fun Fact: Classic Blue is the Pantone color of the year for 2020

The Tudor Black Bay 58 has become an increasingly popular model ever since it was released at Basel World in 2018. With its 39mm case and its perfectly proportioned thickness, lugs and crown, it is no wonder watch enthusiasts, including us, love this model. The movement is a Manufacture Calibre MT5402 and it has a power reserve of 70 hours. It wears much less bulky and lighter than the Black Bay 41, making it the perfect combination of sporty yet dressy. It really is the perfect watch for anyone and any occasion. Of course when there is a watch that has such a high demand and love for it, having it offered in a different color combination would be awesome.

A Black Bay 58 with a blue dial and bezel was actually speculated to be released at the 2019 Baselworld by Tudor. There was a lot of hype around this and people were super excited about the possibility, but as we now know another Black Bay 58 option was not released. Instead in 2019, Tudor released the two-tone Black Bay Chronograph, Black Bay Bronze and the Black Bay PO1. Although these three models were very exciting, there was a little disappointment that another version of the Black Bay 58 was not released. The Blue Black Bay 58 was then suspected to be released at Basel World in 2020, but with COVID-19 canceling this event we all have to wait even longer with anticipation to see what newness is coming to the Tudor line.  Since 2019, when it was first speculated for the Blue Back Bay 58 to be released, the Black Bay 58 gained even more popularity within the watch community and we can only hope that come July we will be seeing it offered in blue! Luckily we only have a few more weeks of wondering and waiting.

While we do not YET have straps available for the Tudor Black Bay 58 ;) You can find our straps for other Tudor models here. If you ever have questions as to what models our straps will fit, feel free to email our customer service at info@everestbands.com.
