Everest will accept return requests for eligible products in unused condition* within 7 days of the customer's receipt of goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read thoroughly and submit a request below to begin the return process.
Once your request has been approved, please ensure the returned goods are packaged carefully to avoid damage during transit. Merchandise returned to Everest will be processed within 7 - 10 business days of receipt. Updates will be provided during every step of the process, and a confirmation email will be sent once a refund has been issued. All refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. A restocking fee of $20.00 per order will be deducted for all refunds. Please note, the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable, as well as Route Shipping Insurance if applicable.
Purchases from our online store may not be returned or exchanged at Everest Authorized Dealers. Likewise, if products are purchased from an Everest Authorized Dealer, the customer must communicate return & exchange requests with the Everest Authorized Dealer from which they purchased.

Once your request has been approved, shipping product exchanges to and from Everest’s US Headquarters is the responsibility of the customer. Everest recommends shipping returned merchandise via a trackable package. Everest will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged during transit. The product must be in its original condition upon receipt to be accepted as an exchange.

All items will be shipped standard USPS Priority Mail or First Class unless otherwise requested at check out. USPS Priority Mail shipping is included in your purchase price of over $100 for all customers within the United States and its territories. UPS Next Day Air delivers on the next business day. Orders placed after 3pm central time will ship on the next business day. Everest is not responsible for any delays in shipping once the package has left Everest’s facility.
All orders outside the United States will be shipped standard DHL Express unless otherwise requested at check out. Any Customs, Taxes, and Tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. All customers are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country that you request it to be shipped to. When purchasing from Everest Horology Products, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Everest has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Everest Horology Products does not take responsibility for customs inspections not passing nor do we take responsibility for items taking extended periods of times processing through customs.
Your order will typically ship within 72 hours of purchase or sooner; however, the arrival time will depend on your selected preference of shipping at checkout. Several shipment options are available from Everest's website. Delivery will depend on carrier chosen.
