RETURNS

For online purchases, Everest will accept returns/exchanges for eligible products in unused condition*, within 7 days of customer's receipt of goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please click HERE (within 7 days) for returns or exchanges. Suede watch pouches, NATO-style nylon 20mm and 22mm watch bands, tool kits, cleaning cloths and spring bar purchases are final sale. Please reach out to Everest at info@everestbands.com with any warranty or exchange requests. 

Please ensure that returned goods are packaged carefully, to avoid damage during transit. Merchandise returned to Everest will be processed within 7 - 10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. All refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment method. A return fee of $20.00 per order will be charged for all refunds. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable as well as Route Shipping Insurance if applicable. Full refunds (including original shipping fees) will be processed for items that are returned to Everest due to factory defects only. 

Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at Everest Authorized Dealers. (Please note: If purchased from an Everest Authorized Dealer, customers must communicate return/exchanges with the Everest Authorized Dealer from which he or she purchased.)


*Unused condition: refers to any product that has NOT been damaged, mounted, worn, bent, torn, altered or stained. Please do not mount, wear or use any product if you intend on returning it.

EXCHANGES

Please click HERE to request an exchange before sending back any products. Everest recommends shipping returned merchandise via a trackable package. Everest will not assume responsibility for the reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged. Shipping product exchanges to and from Everest’s US Headquarters is the responsibility of the customer. The item must be in its original condition to be accepted as an exchange. Customers must initiate the exchange of the item(s) within 7 days of your order's delivery date, and the original packing slip and exchange form must be included.

Shipping

All items will be shipped standard USPS Priority Mail or First Class unless otherwise requested at check out. USPS Priority Mail shipping is included in your purchase price of over $100 for all customers within the United States and its territories. Everest is not responsible for any delays in shipping once the package has left Everest’s facility.

All orders outside the United States will be shipped standard DHL Express unless otherwise requested at check out. Any Customs, Taxes, and Tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. All customers are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country that you request it to be shipped to. When purchasing from Everest Horology Products, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Everest has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Everest Horology Products does not take responsibility for customs inspections not passing nor do we take responsibility for items taking extended periods of times processing through customs.

Your order will typically ship within 72 hours of purchase or sooner; however, the arrival time will depend on your selected preference of shipping at checkout. Several shipment options are available from Everest's website. Delivery will depend on carrier chosen.
