Everest Horology Products, LLC is an independent company and NOT affiliated with Rolex or any other watch brand company. Rolex watches, likeness, logo, and all other Rolex products and services are trademarks or registered trademarks of Rolex, SA. Information provided for each product or collection of products is accurate at the time of publication. Digitalization of watch photography, watch animation and the digital customization process within the site were specifically designed to give an accurate representation of the finished product. All Everest Horology Products, LLC straps are strictly quality controlled, and variations in product finishes do not exist. However, shades and colors vary across browser and display technologies and we cannot guarantee the perceived accuracy of the final product being different from your particular computer screen's interpretation.

Every effort is made to ensure that all of the information provided on our website is correct at the time of publishing. While we use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the site we make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. We assume no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Site. Information about Everest Horology Products, LLC products and services are illustrative only.

GENERAL:

Everest Horology Products, LLC is not liable for any form of loss or damage caused to your wrist watch due to improper installation of our straps. Please make sure to install your straps correctly, or else have a watch or jewelry professional install your straps for you. No order is binding on you or Everest Horology Products, LLC until we have accepted it. You will own the items we supply you from the moment they are put in the hands of the postal service, or with our carriers, or on payment in full of the price of the goods and any delivery charge, whichever is later. These terms and conditions cannot be varied by you or us unless made in writing and signed by both parties. If any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions is considered by any court or regulatory authority to be unfair, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be considered deleted from these Terms and Conditions without affecting the other provisions. The laws of the United States of America governs these Terms and Conditions and all disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the U.S.A. Whilst we take appropriate steps to protect this site from malicious attacks we cannot warrant that it is entirely free from risk of virus attack. These Terms and Conditions apply if you are dealing with us as a consumer. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES:

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from everestbands.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.  

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

It is our pleasure to serve you and hope that you find your new strap(s) to bring many years of enjoyment. However, we do accept Returns/Exchanges for any product which has NOT been mounted, worn, bent, cut, altered, stained, or damaged. A Return Fee of $20.00 per order plus shipping fees (see below) will be charged for all Refunds. Everest Horology Products, LLC will accept returns/exchanges for products in (I) unused condition, within 7 days of customer's receipt of goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first (within 7 days) for return instructions. All refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment method, (II) minus the original shipping charges. Instead of a refund, you may also request an exchange for a similar or different product. In the event of an Exchange, you will be charged again for shipping as per your selected preference.
  • Product returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that returned goods are packaged carefully, to avoid damage during transit.
  • We are not responsible for Customs fees and taxes for returned goods into / from foreign countries.
(I) Unused condition: refers to any product that has NOT been mounted, worn, bent, altered or stained. Please do not mount, wear or use any product if you intend on returning it. (II) Minus original shipping charges: This includes the original shipping charges paid by Everest Horology Products, LLC. Full refunds (including original shipping fees) will be processed for items that are returned to us due to factory defects ONLY - Please e-mail us first before returning any orders: info@everestbands.com .
