Throughout the history of our company, we have been privileged to meet some fascinating and passionate individuals in the watch world. Everyone has a story to tell - from all different ages, all different backgrounds. Our history, our experiences mold us to be the individual we are today, and we are incredibly excited to be able to talk with watch enthusiasts from all walks of life to discover their watch story. What is it that has made them a watch wearer today in a day in age where to tell time does not require to wear a watch?

We were able to talk with one of our customers and ask him some questions to discover a bit more about himself and his fascination with timepieces and of course, Everest Bands. Talking with @SubGuy116610 was truly an honor. Not only is he a fabulous photographer, but he inspires us customize our watch perfectly for the right occasion.

@SubGuy116610 first found interest in watches because of his grandfather introduced him to watches at the age of 10 years old. He has never found his wrist without one since. The first watch he ever bought was a Casio Databank in elementary school. @SubGuy116610 noted: “I remember thinking I was James Bond with that calculator watch on my wrist!” Since then, he has obtained a Submariner - last year, and we’re super excited he did! @SubGuy116610’s collection of pictures are phenomenal.

@SubGuy116610’s favorite Rolex is - of course - his ceramic Sub Date because of its versatility. Whether on the bracelet or an Everest Band, it works for pretty much any occasion.

Being in law enforcement, @SubGuy116610’s daily essentials depend on what’s up for the day - work or play. Usually, he sticks with the basics: wallet, watch, pocket knife, comfortable outfit, and some cool accessories to bring it all together. I bet one of those cool accessories includes an Everest Band.

Though @SubGuy116610 told us he loves the bracelet, he does believe he’s more of a strap guy - being able to change the look of his watch to match whatever he needs it to - “like my outfit, a holiday, or a special occasion! I like having options.” We do too!

And of course, we had to ask...what does @SubGuy116610 want Everest to come out with in the future? - a gray rubber strap with tang buckle (“I need it!”). Hmmm...stay tuned the next few weeks, @SubGuy116610, and your wish may just come true!

Everyone has a story to tell. What’s yours? #everestman
