What is Everest’s Shipping Policy?

Domestic Shipping

All items will be shipped standard USPS Priority Mail or First Class unless otherwise requested at check out. USPS Priority Mail shipping is included in your purchase price of over $100 for all customers within the United States and its Territories. All orders will be shipped within 72 hours of purchase or sooner. Everest is not responsible for any delays in shipping once the package has left Everest’s facility.

International Shipping

All orders outside the United States will be shipped standard DHL Express unless otherwise requested at check out. Any Customs, Taxes, and Tariffs are the responsibility of the customer to pay for. All customers are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country that you request it to be shipped to. When purchasing from Everest Horology Products, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Everest has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Everest Horology Products does not take responsibility for customs inspections not passing nor do we take responsibility for items taking extended periods of times processing through customs. All orders will be shipped within 72 hours of purchase or sooner.  

What is Everest’s Return Policy? How many days do I have to return a product?

For online purchases, Everest will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund when accompanied by the original packing slip and returned within 7 days of delivery. Returns/Exchanges will only be accepted for any product which has not been attempted to be mounted, mounted, worn, bent, altered, stained, polished or damaged. Customers must first contact Everest for return instructions.  Everest will not accept any returns for refund outside of this 7-day window. After 7 days, but within 30 days of delivery of product, Everest will accept returns of eligible products for exchange or store credit only. Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at Everest Authorized Dealers. (Please note: If purchased from an Everest Authorized Dealer, customers must communicate return/exchanges with the Everest Authorized Dealer from which he or she purchased.)

Merchandise that has been attempted to be mounted, mounted, worn, used, altered, stained, polished, damaged or the tag has been removed will not be accepted. Everest reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

Merchandise returned to Everest will be processed within 7 - 10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. A return fee of $20.00 per order will be charged for all refunds. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.  

How do I return an item?

Please email info@everestbands.comto request a return before sending back any products. Everest recommends shipping returned merchandise via a trackable package. Everest will not assume responsibility for the reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged. Product returns to Everest’s US Headquarters are the responsibility of the customer. The item must be in its original condition as defined above to be accepted as a return. Customers must initiate a return on the item(s) within 7 days of your order's delivery date, and the original packing slip and return form must be included.
